All I can say is we're going to miss him this year, big time.

I wish him well but I'm looking forward to QD and seeing what he has. I think he has that IT factor as well as leadership. I believe he and the team are going to surprise a lot of people this season! Winning the EAST!

You talking about the caregiver who signed and developed both Dobbs and Dormady?

I have always thought that Dormady would be a fantastic QB in this system, but only if he had the OL to protect him. If Dobbs hadn't been able to scramble behind an atrocious OL at times, then he would have been a very very mediocre QB here. QD has scrambling ability, but he's not somebody that I want running the ball like Dobbs did. If QD gets solid protection up front and good help in the running game, QD will be perfectly fine here at QB. I will very much miss Dobb's leadership and composure though. He was an incredible ambassador here for UT.
