I don't. Stay or go, I think we are in for it next season. I hope I'm wrong.

Stay or go, there will be plenty of talent on the team next year, probably more than this year.

I wouldn't want a replacement. I want an upgrade.

I've had time to take a few deep breaths since Saturday night and I'm a little calmer now.

CBJ isn't irreplaceable but we can't go off half cocked either.

What I would like to see is a situation somewhat like CDS has in Clemson.

Let CBJ be the ambassador, the motivator, the face of the program. The guy who sits in a recruits living room and makes Mama and Daddy and Grandma feel good.

Let the coordinators game plan and coach. I think we want innovative geniuses at the coordinator positions. Spare no expense in bringing in coordinators that make other coaches lose sleep.

Position coaches must be on the same page as the coordinators, but they also have to coach their positions. Yes, at least two changes have to be made there NOW!

I know CBJ is too much of a control freak to ever go along with this, but I really think it's the best solution at the moment.

irreplaceable? are you kidding me? the list of guys that would make worse decisions in games is far shorter than the list that would do better.

We can just get a book of inspirational quotes or a Joel Osteen book and have the next coach memorize it and then sit an all world running back behind a slow tall guy

Your last sentence explains everything. It would be great if he could do this or that, but we all know that isn't happening. Even our VFL's on here agree he just isn't going to give up control.

Dobbs was as important to Butch Jones winning as was David Cutcliffe to Phillip Fulmer. Go back and look at all the games Dobbs athletic ability and that alone won the game for us.

Butch Jones record here at Tennessee, up to this point vs ranked teams is 5-20. Butch Jones biggest win is still #13 Northwestern.
Please for the love of winning, replace this joke.

Must disagree here. Butch Jones will never have a more talented roster at UT than he had this year. Look at recruiting. Its easy to see the decline coming.

So you are a seer and can predict what will happen in the future. I bet you have used that skill to make a ton of money can could provide enough money to Tennessee to hire Saban away from Alabama. Or you could be a fake and not know anything about the future.

That last part, is it inside info? I've only met him once and don't know him that well.

Go Vols!

Yes, I predict the future. I said recruiting sucked in June and July. I tried to prepare folks for a subpar class. I tried, I really did. If you chose to ignore it, sorry.

As for money, if UT needs help financing the next coach, they have my number. I'll happily contribute to the future.
