If you win the coin toss, do you prefer to play offense or defense first?

I play defense first. I just prefer to start off with the ball in the second half.

You take the ball first at home and kick first on the road. It's an unofficial rule between coaches.

I'd prefer to always kick first and get the ball back after the half

Take the ball, get the jitters out of the way early and get an early score. Quickest way to take the crowd out and we'll need it.

kick....we don't want to start the game with a 3 and out...and if we can force a 3 and out on them, that would be a huge momentum swinger.

I agree. Our confidence is higher with the O. Put faith in Ainge's ability to lead them down the field and score first.

With the new rule change on the kickoffs from the 30 and how weak our defense has looked I'd take the ball every single time.

you can't. you have to kick off to open one of the halves, so which do you prefer?

Yeah, that.

Be interested in hearing from lawgator1 or anyone that has watched their games about how deep the UF kicker has been hitting the kickoffs...
