My brother in law is a die hard Michigan fan, but since he joined the fam he roots for and follows the VOLS! I had to move to this god forsaken state of ohio 4 years ago and had to transfer to Univ. Of Toledo my senior year, and I won't go to any games, let alone follow any other team! I'll watch other games when UT is not playing, is it just me?

When I was younger I use to cheer for Oklahoma cause my dad moved there when married my stepmom, and wanted to be cool with kids around the small town

For some reason I've always had a soft spot for TCU. Loved the purple, loved the horned frogs nickname as a kid.

I follow Florida outside of the Vols just so I can give some of my Gator buddies hell about them losing when they do lose but other than, that's about it

ill support vandy, mtsu, memphis just because im from tennessee and i love my state. i don't cry or even halfway care if they lose mainly because thats a lot of losses between those 3 teams. Won't watch or do anything during a vols game though. not flip to another game during commercials. Not go to another game even if i had free tickets. i bleed orange.

This week memphis is the enemy they gets no support

I follow Washington. My boyfriend goes to school there, and I love Seattle. Not as much as I love my Vols though.

I actually follow Oregon. The year that we won the National Championship, my wife and I just weren't ready for football to be over for the day and we always watched the late game from the west coast, it was usually Oregon, been paying attention to them ever since.

Born a Vol, grew up in Knoxville and have my undergrad from UT. I'm about to graduate from Auburn with my MBA. I pull for Auburn as long as it isn't against UT or unless we need to them lose for any reason.

Though if Auburn loses I don't get upset, and I'm not as emotionally attached to Auburn as I am UT.

I have a good friend who's a Michigan State alumna and a bunch of friends who went to Georgia Tech, so I have become somewhat of a fan of both teams by proxy. I would describe my interest in both teams as casual -- I watch their games if they don't conflict with the Vols, and I get pissed off when they lose, but I'm always over it within 10 minutes and thinking about something else. If either of those teams were undefeated and had national championship aspirations, and they had to play an 0-8 Tennessee team, I'd root for the Vols to ruin their season without thinking about it. If you're going to have these little side teams, IMO, you've got to be absolutely clear about where your loyalty really lies.

(Note: Michigan State has got to be the most inconsistent, frustrating team in college football to follow. Thank God they're not my real team. My friend basically plans to drink until she passes out every time she watches Sparty play, and after a few years of watching them with her, it's easy to see why.)

I have been to a few Carson Newman games, Lived in Jeff County for 18 years and Knox for 3 so they were always there, but never got to into them.

I'm a fan of the sport, and I'll watch any college game. I'd also rather watch commercials than the NFL

I don't think it's any secret to anybody who's noticed me around here that I'm a Bowling Green student/fan who was turned into a Vol fan as well by my fiancee. Also, my dad likes Cincinnati, so I kinda follow UC and root for them as long as it doesn't conflict with BG or UT

shhhh..... USC and UCLA. I was born in LA, I have one uncle that is a USC grad, and my mom and all her siblings were born @ UCLA... I was going for Oregon on Saturday. I want them to win out, and be ranked as high as possible when we play them next year.

GO VOLS!!!!!!!!

Duke, NC State and UNC. When I listen to sports radio over here that's who they are talking about, so it's hard not to follow them just a little bit. In my time here, I have found that NC State fans and South Carolina fans are peas in a pod; both delusional.
