You have 85 guys that are 18-22 that are living on their own for the first time. You will always have issues. Some schools and local police just cover it up better than others...

One of the most remarkable things about Heupel's tenure is in fact how "quiet" it has stayed. The animal abuse thing was stupid and appears to have just been vindictive. The other things were inherited players/recruits, right?

Most coaches have to figure out their balance of character vs talent. Heupel seems to lean toward character.

Without crunching the numbers, I’d say as a % they probably get into less trouble than general admission.

Generally the time for off field trouble has passed. Once practice starts, these guys don’t have very much time to get in trouble.
