Head to head tiebreaker doesn't work in a three way tie.

When OK blasted TT it sealed the deal, but I'm don't remember the exact way the big 12 broke the tie

not entirely sure but i think they just chose the team with the highest BCS ranking. one could reason that the BCS rankings were flawed therefore the tie breaker is flawed.

the BCS determined by the quality of the teams that each team lost to that oklahoma should have gone, even though oklahoma was beat by 10 by texas(#3 in the BCS) and texas was beat on the last play of the game by ttu(#7)...idk about you but i think that's as close as it gets right there

anyway, i'm not here to argue who should have gone to the big 12 championship game, my point this entire thread has been that the BCS system can't be fixed by simply throwing together a playoff. it's not gonna happen...

you have provided ttu with a legitimate debate as to why they could potentially be included in the BCS playoff system...i know this is a stretch, but also the BCS NC
