They are going to do whatever despite what we think. "Show me the $$$" is the mantra. That said, I've not watched NBA in 20+ years. Moving on.

Yeah we live in America in a capitalistic society of course money is the mantra what else are they supposed to do lol

I love college sports but college in general is overrated in many respects. For a scholarship athlete it’s great to be able to get a degree for free, but the point of going to college is to better yourself and prep you for a career. If you’re already able to start that career at a level you’re happy with then why stick around?
