Yes, we can be proud of some things fromt this game, but we can not start saying moral victory like fans were last year.

We are the new South Carolina in the SEC east. We appreciate the way our team plays and our moral victories. We get quotes from other coaches like "hats off to tennesee, those kids played their tails off..." We may have a huge stadium and fan base...but we're a side note. The sooner we all realize who we are...the safer our tv's will be.

Moral Victory is a nice way of saying we lost or we came in second today. Thats not a victory. BUT we did play alot better on both sides of the ball. I saw our team get better today.

What if South Carolina wins the East this year?

(Yes, I typed that with a straight face.)

Yeah it's not like we were overmatched or anything.
This argument kills me. They have a center playing who can't hike the ball. They lost the best player in college football last year in tebow. They just suspended a playmaker this week....yeah, they're in a great place right now. This is just an excuse

I do not believe in a moral victory. BUT we finished the game and played really well IMO for a young team. WE are 1 good QB from being a great football team. With bray, nash, and worley coming in I feel very confident about the 2012 season

all this complaining about moral victories but I've yet to see anyone claim such a thing. Being able to take positives from a game like this doesn't mean someone is claiming a moral victory

I'm referring to last season when people were. I'm hoping they don't this year.

This is NOT an idiot post. It is 100% True. Dooley will be fired after year 3. Stop drinking the Kool-Aid. Being realistic doesn't mean I'm not a fan. It is what it is. We have no D-line and no quarterback. Unfortuantley it doesn't look like those problems will be fixed in the near future.
Penalties illustrate poor coaching. How many did we have?
