Those seem like real intelligent posts...

You have to remember that those boards have people that are clueless and ignorant to football programs just like any other board...

When I go out to Cali next month for my CWS reunion with teammates, I'll be sure to get you some positive quotes so we can slow your crusade a bit.

what, other than the fact that they disagree with your position, makes these posts any less intelligent than the asinine drivel that you deliver to volnation on a day to day basis?

interesting position, but inconsistent. so if the majority of usc board posters think he's an idiot and a blow-hard, they're wrong because they're clueless and ignorant, but every poster on volnation who sings his praises is the beacon of light and truth? um, yeah, got it. i'm arguing with an idiot. time to stop.

No there are idiots on both sides of the coins. I just think you are one of them for believing all of what you hear and see on another board.... Then in turn go on your one-woman crusade to smear all things Kiffin when you've not seen the guy coach one game yet. Your hatred has turned a blind eye to the fact he has built a highly successful staff, and also put together a respectable recruiting class in a short amount of time.

I'm through trying to make you see where I am coming from...you obviously just like talking to hear yourself talk. I have a tee time to get to...

Wow, this is one of the most ridiculous threads ever on VN and it is still going.


It has been entertaining though and solidifies my opinion of some of the posters.

That is NOT the majority. And you have YET to give examples as to the "well-established" reputation CLK has to insert foot in mouth...that would mean there is a trend and one intentional comment is not a trend of doing so.

I'm willing to bet she knows very little...it would be like me going to NASA and talking astro physics with that lot down in Florida and telling them they are idiots because they disagree with my opinion that all they know is irrelevant(oh...that's not a real word is it?:p).

Mitch Browning, one of the best OL coaches in the nation, seems to have respect for Kiffin. He could find employment as a position coach (at worst) at any program in the country. He's now working as a UT grad assistant.

I mean, he has the endorsement of Pete Carroll, one of the top DL coaches in football, one of the top OL coaches in football, Monte Kiffin, Nnamdi Asomugha, and several other NFL coaches. But I suppose that since he clashed with Norm Chow, who just so happens to have clashed with every coach he's every worked with, that Kiffin is incompetent.
