I am disappointed at some of the recruits not signing but in all honest would you want you kids to sign with us or nc team or undefeated team. I am glad that we have Butch Jones and glad to have all the recruits we signed. While rankings make the fans feel good what the coach does with what he has lets you know what type of coach he is. GO VOLS. VFL

its disappointing, but understandable

I mean if you are Von Bell do you go with a team that is likely playing for conference championshipsevery year you are there and a good chance to play for a crystal trophy at least once in the next 4 years.
Or do you go to a school led by a coach that got destroyed by Derek Dooley.

If you told me that Tennessee would get beat by 50 every game for the next four years, I would still sign with Tennessee. I will never turn my back on UT.

You can either feel sorry for yourself or get up and fight.

I am thankful for the commits we have and I see plenty to look forward to.

I dont normally get caught up in the jazz and flash of the recruiting world because most of the jazz and flash is a bust.
With that being said its a telling story of where our program is at the moment when we cant sign a player that lived 2 hours from k town and grew up a tennessee fan.

I don't see the big deal. Yeah, Bell was highly rated but at the end of the day he is just one player. How does that one failure spoil the entire day/class? In my opinion, it doesn't. Overall the class is still pretty disappointing, but many are acting as though Bell's decision made or broke this class. In my opinion, not the case.

You're right. If we lose a game I'm going to slit my wrists and dump kerosene on them. I will never be happy unless we win 10 NTs in a row.:crazy::crazy:

I agree. I can't believe people on here are mad about Bell going to Ohio State. Heck, why would anybody subject themselves to this joke of a program? Tennessee is a big waste of time now, and it's sad.
Unfortunately for me, I went here. Grew up here. It would be cheesy if I went bandwagon. So I feel like a rat trapped in a ginormous box of D-CON.:vava:

Please go bandwagon, I assure you we don't need/want fans like you.

I am sorry I was right. I posted at least 20 times over the last month that we would end up 18-22 overall on signing day and 8 in the SEC. I am sad that I was not proven wrong.

You can never tell on NSD who did well and who didn't. Check back in 4 years and you will know who actually won the battle. That said, Coach Jones and his staff did okay. Not great but about what you could expect. I think what's got a lot of people's shorts in a twist is that we were so close on so many good players. But we got who we got, they will wear the Orange and White and give their all for Tennessee. I'm pulling for them. Go Vols!

How are we going to get to #15? Looking at the schedule next year, I'm really hoping to get to 6-6. That schedule is brutal.
