Quick question for any fitness buffs out there. Is there any diets that would work well for someone who is a very very picky eater? I have packed on a few pounds since I graduated HS and need to lose it. Any info would be great.:hi:

In that I won't eat anything a normal person would eat. I won't touch a hamburger, steak, most fruits, most vegetables, etc. I have been like this all of my life, and I think it is more of a mental thing than it is not liking the foods.

wow, what do you eat and where do you get your antioxidants if you dont eat F&V? You should look into a fish based diet.

with a diet like that, how on earth have you managed to put on excess weight? of course you didn't say anything about carb loaded foods like potatoes, rice and bread. I'm a type II diabetic so I'm on something resembling the adkins diet.

I might be able to help, but first, tell me what you will eat. Also, bigdaddy is right: you might be deficient in a number of vitamins and minerals.

I will eat most pastas, corn, potatoes, some chicken (mostly breaded). Won't really eat any fruits or any meat off of a bone. Pathetic, I know, but I have tried to get over it and can't do it.

Bullimia works very well if you have the dedication to stick with it. If not you will probably do better on the high laxative diet.

I am the exact same way and have been all my life as well. Except I wont even eat the chicken. I do know that I didn't gain any weight until I started on the brews. So, I plan to cut that back and get to workin' out again.

Yep, figure out your calorie intake and substract 500 from that and eat that amount of calories a day. You'll drop about a pound to two pounds a week.

I have lost 40+ pounds since April on Weight Watchers, so I can vouch for that program.

yeah a guy at work, lost around that much on the same program. It works because it counts the calories for you.

So where did you post the pics LIO?
