I will eat most pastas, corn, potatoes, some chicken (mostly breaded). Won't really eat any fruits or any meat off of a bone. Pathetic, I know, but I have tried to get over it and can't do it.I might be able to help, but first, tell me what you will eat. Also, bigdaddy is right: you might be deficient in a number of vitamins and minerals.
Quick question for any fitness buffs out there. Is there any diets that would work well for someone who is a very very picky eater? I have packed on a few pounds since I graduated HS and need to lose it. Any info would be great.:hi:
