Did we turn a corner? (eating fried crow tonight)

If we indeed turned a corner it means we have left one street for another. Until we see at least another game with this type of effort and execution I reserve to say we've made that turn yet. I hope we have, I see some evidence indicating we have but I can't be sure until we move down the line a little further.
Even at AU, JG still looked frantic. Yesterday I saw less frantic and more movement and looking. Hopefully, he strings two of these together.

Every football game has a life of its own, and the Charlotte anomaly aside, I think the team has improved significantly as the season has progressed. They’re nothing close to the team that played Florida.

Of the last 3, I thought Ky was the one to win for sure due to their offense. Mizzou will be a tough match up but Vandy will be tough also. Shurmur will play lights out vs Vols as he always does.

Yes, Mizzou will be tough.

Yet, they barely escaped Vandy.

Hopefully we'll have them scouted and schemed to target their weaknesses and play our best cards.

In Neyland. Wish I could be there.

Charlotte was a fluke, CJP used it as a teaching tool, we played today
I'm not sure I would call Charlotte a fluke as much as a game that we didn't prepare to play. I think we essentially took 2 weeks to get ready for KY knowing that it would take a miracle for Charlotte to beat us.
