I'm curious about this as well. Seems like more than one source had Croom in Knoxville last week.

EEEWW..WEEE I'd love to see that come to fruit. He has coached it all, is a solid recruiter, and I like the thought of having alot of minorities on staff ,,,,and ultimately moving on to either their first HC job...or better fit HC job. I'm just being honest about the image, message, and, thusly, the favorable press that hires like that could bring. JMO. I think the kids DO notice and consider these factors from both a remote cognition and as someone they can REALLY relate to. :good!:
