It also makes you wonder about what connection the Soviets had to this. I seriously doubt Cuba would make a move like this without first consulting with big brother.

I read "The Secret History of the CIA" by Trento a while back and remember being quite confused by the Cuba/KGB-Oswald connections that he presented as fact....
