Tennessee defensive tackle Mondre Dickerson has been suspended by the team for a violation of team rules and won't play against Mississippi State.

Dickerson, who has started the first nine games for the Vols and leads the team with nine quarterback hurries and is second with three sacks, was out after curfew Thursday night.


Sophomore Greg Jones is expected to start in his in place.

I hate to see that. At least he picked a good game to miss.

Now that I think about it, maybe he got suspended on purpose so he can stay home and watch the Auburn / Georgia game. :naughty:
