Yep, Deon is advising him not to sign apparently.

Kids like Devine apparently have no direction, Deion has taken up a guardian role and trying to land this kid in the best situation. Obviously this kid is not ready for college, if Deion is recommending him to attend prep school. We have had this kind of kid on the hill before, can you say James Banks, Brent Schaeffer, Raymond Henderson ?

Hopefully the kid can get his life in order and be great at the college level, regardless of where he signs. Hate to see him waiting tables at a TGI Friday's like James Banks.
