Look at the number of injuries and the guys down the depth chart that filled in especially on defense. Even just last year that would not have been possible.

Was following some of the twitter of the Vol media and they were posting the linebackers and almost laughing that that's who we were left with in this game...

Without the defense buckling up, the offense would have never had a chance to make that comeback.

Oh and one more thing, #9 is bad, bad man....

Jumper did a good job playing the QB role on D. He also made a great play in the endzone while in coverage. RG and TKjr played great too. One of the best times I have had in Neyland in a while

Yes. He seemingly missed covering a guy out of the backfield on an early td, but hey, FL missed covering Hurd on his td reception as well, so these things happen.

But, when I'm able to re-watch Jumper's play in the right-corner end-zone, I think I'm going to see some very instinctual coverage -- as I recall, he put his right hand at the exact location of where the ball was dropping in, and knocked that ball from the receiver's hands -- that was an otherwise perfectly placed pass defended very well at a very crucial point.

VERY proud of these guys, and Jumper for Volunteering for this team, and hanging in there so far during some awkward "heat" during the early portion of his career here.
