Hopefully we will have a coach before the middle of December. I think Kelly may have the inside track from what is being written and said, but Hamilton is keeping this very tight lipped. My biggest concern is his ability to recruit otherwise he is an excellent coach.

How do you know that we don't already have a coach and the he is not already putting together his plans for recruiting?

I'd have no problem with Brian Kelly as the next Vol fb coach. His resume is good, though he's been in smaller programs. He seems motivated, organized & pays great attention to detail. Bill King says he's a workaholic both on the field & as a recruiter. Leach is just flighty (what's with that onsides kick with seconds left in the game?
