What happened to him? I wish the NFL had a minor league. Poor DMO is probably going to end up broke now, where if he was an equivalent level basketball talent he could be making millions in Turkey.

Ed O said you gotta go and that was that. Anyone who thinks discipline just came to the hill with Janzen Jackson having to run and do supermans for a whole practice does not remember that Kiffin laid the law down early by dismissing the second most physically gifted player on the team after Eric Berry (there I said it, try to look at his measurables and prove me wrong).

I think D-MO is still in Knoxville. A friend of mine said that he actually robbed some "herbal" medicine from one of his friends along with some cash.

D Mo amazes me in the fact that he worked so hard to squander a 2nd chance that wasn't just handed to him. I'll never forget how he was in the backfield all night against Cal in 06...his name was called more than any other I remember.....what a waste of talent. I hope he can get his life under control.

It's a shame, he had pro size, speed and god given talent. Had he stayed focused, he would have been cashing a million dollar check in the NFL for 2010. All I can do is shake my head.

1. Demetrice Moron deserves exactly zero sympathy.
2. Someone too stupid to absorb the vanilla schemes of John Chavis has the same chance of making the NFL as Paris Hilton does of joining MENSA.
3. Nobody in the Turkish League is making millions.

If you're counting the team as it stands now, then Bryce Brown...

Man,

You have got to be the most negative person I've ever encountered on a message board. I've read several of your posts over the past couple of weeks and almost every one of them has some outwardly negative comment about a former player, coach or another poster. I almost cringe when I see your avatar (actually that's the only good thing) wondering what kind of poison is going to spew out of you this time. Doesn't anything make you happy besides trouncing another person's opinion? Don't worry, you have to spend any time bantering this back and forth with me as you can tell from my meager number of posts, that I have plenty of other things in my life than waste much of it here.

Anyone who has gotten that much God-given talent, gets a 2ND CHANCE and blows it deserves nothing but shaking of the head.

Morley was perhaps the most overrated player on the team prior to his dismissal. I remember him for only two plays:

1) The pick-six last year against Mississippi State (on a ball thrown directly to him that I could have taken to the house).

2) In the '06 LSU game, muffing a punt that should have resulted in a touchdown for LSU, but was instead called a touchback by the refs.

Given the abysmal attempt at a sentence quoted above, I hope one of those "other things" is signing up for the remedial English class you so desperately need.

...sugarcoating everything! Why don't you tell us how you really feel?

Seriously I was excited when he signed out from under the nose of Miami, encouraged with his play in 06, disappointed when he fell, uplifted when he responded by working his way back....and now sorry. I am always sorry when a young person squanders talent and opportunity...as an older fella I realize how few of us have such opportunities and talents, and know that life seldom gives you 3rd and 4th chances at the same thing be it the NFL, a high school edcuation, the love of a good person and family etc. So sorry pretty well describes it.

I seriously thought he was our worst starting defender last year.

As I stated on here when it happened, I lived in Miami part time during Morley's recruitment. I knew most of the Miami staff. They weren't bothered one bit that Morley chose UT. Kenny Phillips was the guy they wanted. Everyone in Dade County knew Demtrice Moron was nothing but trouble. Only an imbecile like Trooper Taylor would be stupid enough not to do the requisite homework.

I'll have to say that you are very predictable with an exemplary response authenticating my statement. I notice that you frequently bludgeon respondents with sentence structure and word choice. Me not afwaid :)

Let's see: you knew what was coming, yet invoked it then complained. I don't get it.

Eventually you'll be ignored and you'll go on never having to be in this scenario.

I'd have to guess that hat's ignore list is quite impressive.

Why didn't he call the cops?

Considering the intensity of UTPD, maybe he just assumed they were already standing outside the door. They're outside of just about every door on campus as it is.

I don't exactly dig your style, but I appreciate several of your viewpoints, even though they are rigid and generally harsh. Would you mind posting a short list of people (coaches, players, ADs, etc) that you do/did admire from the football and mens bball program?
