Someone Fill Me in on how many guys we got at this position?

Is this it?

Walter Fisher
Dan Williams
Demonte Bolden
J.T. Mapu

Our DT's for next year will be Bolden, Mapu, Williams, Fisher, Matt McGlothlin, Donald Langley will probably get some looks as will Rolando Melancon and William Brimfield, the freshmen that will arrive in the summer.

I was a little disappointed that we couldn't pick up a quality JUCO defensive tackle in our great recruiting class and move Fisher back to DE. Maybe there were not any quality defensive linemen out there in the junior colleges this year.It's unlikely we will get any help in the lines (both OL and DL) from the true freshmen coming in.

langley has a great chance to come in and contribute early

You are correct. He's on the spring roster and in up to 290. BTW, we had a DT also from the State of Maryland a few years ago named Greene. Does anyone remember him? Pretty fair player if my memory serves me correctly.

Yep. It was Ron Greene. He was a senior on the 1998 National Championship team. As to Whatever happened to him after his playing days at UT, I have no idea.

Chase Nelson is also a DT... Dont know whether he will contribute or not.. He's a rising sophmore..
