Talk to me about the D. Ends on our Want List....

Lawson
Carr
Belamy
Miller(Tackle?)
Riles(?)
Any others as well.

What are the recruits' thoughts about competition, moving positions, current starters, failed 3-4 experiment, D-Line Coach, etc. etc. etc.

February 6th isn't too far away.

That date is much more improtant to me than that game that's on Feb. 3rd.

Lawson is a monster, but doesn't have the measurables (only 6'1" or 6'2"). Dominated in top competition in HS. Committed to Auburn, but a very soft commitment. Any team in the country would love to have him.

Bellamy has the measurables (6'5" 235 lbs or so) but was only semi-monstrous in HS. Committed to FSU, also soft. Said he talked to some(high profile guys (presumably Lawson) about starting a UT dynasty. Nothing too solid past that.

Carr is a big DE or a small DT. I assume we will move him all over the line. He is currently committed to us, but has recently taken a visit to Bama. I expect him to be a Vol once its all said and Done. The dude looks like a monster of a human being!

Miller was presumably a DT prospect, but is only considering schools to play him at DE. We will try him at DE I'm assuming and move him if he lacks production. From what I heard and saw in HS he dominated, but had awful competition. Not rated as high as Lawson or Bellamy for these reasons. Has Lawson type measurables but seeks thicker and heavier. Seems to be a Vol IMO.

I would write up Riles but I'm 99% sure he's solid to UF. Guck Fators!!!

Elvis dumervil .....btw Freeney is one of the best pass rushers in the nfl.....has a deadly spin move

I said "the best" and the past two years he has dropped off a bit but he is still a beast no matter what is said.

The reason Freeney’s stats are down is because he’s playing out of position.

Just like 90% of our defense last year.
