Decemberists

Just picked up their new album on a recommendation from a friend. I'm not a huge fan of their older "Brit" sound, but this album has gone in a whole new Alt-Country direction. Some of it even has an early REM sound to it. I'm really enjoying it.

For some reason or another I keep avoiding listening to this band. Sometimes it takes someone to give a recommend. Think I will give it a spin.
