I just wanted to take a moment before you play your last game in Neyland and say THANKS. Thanks for not quitting or giving up on TENNESSEE when most would have. I'm sure the time you've spent on the hill has been less desirable than you could've imagined. Anyone who's followed or been around the program knows it's been rough lately. But, you never waivered from your commitment and I appreciate that. It speaks volumes about your character and the type of person you are.

P.S. I still get just as fired up on Saturdays watching this team as I ever have. Most importantly GO VOLS!!!

Right on! We'll be back on top before too long. Thank you for your dedication and commitment to the Vols. We are grateful for your hard work in terrible circumstances!

Agreed on all fronts especially the P.S. For some very odd reason I get more fired up for games now than ever before. I guess its because I know these kids and staff deserve better than they have received.

Truelly GREAT Post.... Players will want to come here because of THIS. No other Fan Base can be so incredibly divided yet so very supportive of it's players as TN ! THIS is why YOU come to TN. The (sane) Fans LOVE the players forever !

^True this!
The seniors we have may not be the best but...

They didn't jump ship through coach changes
They didn't hold up any Pilot stores
They didn't fail drug tests and
They didn't sneak off in the night with Kiffin

Best of luck to all of them in the future!!

YES...Dont forget that when or as we rise to the top....WE EXPECT TO SEE YOU ON OUR SIDELINES....because rebuilding is not always about being on the team as the win...but the building blocks that created a good foundation for the rest to follow...

Any player that stuck through the muck that has been UT FB these last 4 years is automatically VFL IMO.

3 different systems under 3 different coaches during their time here for these guys and even amidst controversy and turmoil they have always given their all for Tennessee on Saturdays. VFL :hi:.

They should be proud. I dare say they learned more about life by fighting through the setbacks and turmoil than they would have with 9 and 10 win seasons.
