Dear Mr. Manning ... - The Denver Post

"Whether you win another game, your accomplishments in football are nothing short of remarkable — alongside many other outstanding players. But it's your character that sets you apart from so many of your predecessors and peers.

And that's a legacy that matters."

A great read about a great Vol and person!!

GBO!! VFL!!

....and btw, IF you'd consider being our QB coach, well.........

QB coach would be a good place to start, if he's interested in getting into coaching. But if anyone thinks Butch is going to hire his own replacement............

Isn't this the letter that went viral almost two years ago?

Yes. This time you get bombarded with a cannabis petition and half-naked women at the bottom of the article. Glad the Denver Post is concerned with legacies.

100% against Bama as a starter. Not so good against the gators. I can accept that.

Lost to Bama as a freshmen

1994. The same place and time we are right now:

1994 we lost 17-13

2015 we lost 19-13

History is about to repeat itself

I forgot he started in 94 TSIO.

And I think you are correct about history about to repeat itself.

I Hurd Eric Berry is going to pay Peyton a private salary so he can be a GA without taking up a coaching staff spot.

I'm pissed. I didn't get the half-naked women. Is there someone I can write at the Post to protest?

We love ya, Peyton. Go Vols!
