I believe Kirby did both jobs for a while. Worked out pretty well. Phil took the recruiting test and has been recruiting already. He has talked to them and according to some they are OK. he is working on getting the McCabe kid back. he did coach his daddy so is familiar with the family.

I honestly wouldn't care if he still coached in the playoffs, as long as he still recruited for us. His main job would be to check with the decommitments, especially Cade Mays. It's not like TN has a bowl game, so it really wouldn't be that big of a deal to me.
