I was a fan of the first one, mildly. Didn't play the 2nd one. This one looks decent....

Most of the reviews I've seen are pretty good. A lot of 8/10's and 4/5's. Most reviews say it looks good and plays good but it gets repetitive and it does suffer from slowdown in certain areas.

I bought this but haven't opened it. Still debating. Problem is I can't think of any other games I want.

This one looks decent. The others I played (1&2) seemed corny, action oriented. Then the dead island was way too meaningless quest oriented.

I'd say my favorite zombie game since maybe RE2 or RE4 has been The Last of Us - truly a masterpiece.

As far as zombie games go I liked left 4 dead 1&2. They were always fun and had good replay value especially with a good team. Dead island had me hyped for weeks, but once I got it I was slightly let down. It was fun the first time trough and haven't touched it since. I have dead rising 1&2 but don't actually play them except to have fun and goof off, but that got old fast. If you haven't heard of it, State of Decay is a great game.

Resident Evil 4 was excellent. Loved every second of it.

I loved LFD1 but never got into 2 that much - looked too cartoonish.

Dead Island was awesome but I never got a chance to run multiplayer with it - clearly what the game was made for.

State of Decay is GTA with zombies - very cool idea and cool game. It got very repetitive, but I still found it fun to play. They need to make this an MMO!
