Do you like or dislike Daylight Savings Time? I’m sure this topic already has a thread. But I figured rather than digging it up, I’d start a new one and include a poll.

This is more complex to me than it should be. I'm good with leaving it all as it is. It really doesn't bother me at all changing times. I'm used to it. They already changed the months anyway.

That said, if there is going to be a permanent change then keep it standard. I am against keeping it forward.

Yeah it is standard time that sucks the life out of you in the winter.
Beginning to realize I don’t know much about any of this.

When it comes to time, I’m a total sheep. I just do what I’m told. Never really questioned it. Which is funny because I’m extremely opinionated on most issues.

Not many options here because I think you are talking about the tone change vs DST. I would take permanent DST over the time change. My preference is the reverse the changes and change in the equinoxes.

I have to laugh. Your hypothesis says no time vs. DST/ST.
No, I understand we should Ideally follow the sun cycle for waking and sleeping versus our created time zones. That said, what we call standard time is closer to said cycle than DST.

I really didn't mean to laugh but hand you actually looked at the central time zone?

My idea would more closely emulate normal cycles. I mean after all, keeping get up time and come home from work time closer is the goal.

Agreed.

Yeah, there are significant issues. I believe the US timezones attempt to align with the sun, but simply cannot.
