My take...... Bennett saw he wasn't going to get the job so he or his agent spins that he turned it down. Happens all the time in business and sports.

Bottom line, Tennessee isn't hiring Bennett and that's a good thing.

Bruin you are right; this is a great sign. It means we did at least talk to him, and he now knows he isnt getting the job so he can now look like he is loyal to Baylor by leaking what he (or someone close to him) did.
