I seem to be in the minority but I think it would be great. He has Duke playing to the best of their ability. If we can't get Patterson or Charlie Strong then I hope we get either Cut or Tubbs. If Cut comes, I hope he brings Chief back.

On a different note, since we are still paying Fulmer, can we get him to coach the rest of the season? Not next year, just the last few games of this year. No question we'd have a better chance at beating Vandy and Mizzou

we're probably not going to need much help with them honestly.


With the way injuries and the tigers have gone so far, Mizzou might just be walkons by next month

Cut would have been better than Dooley, but why would he have come to work for Hammy?

Anyway, they need a big name now. No chance to go after Cut

He's done a good job at Duke. He completely salvaged Ainge's college career--made him much better. Cut would have been MUCH better than Dooley. He wouldn't have been my first pick--and he's too old now--but he can coach. Hell, he and Chief are MUCH better coaches than anyone we've had since they left. But I was HAPPY to see excuse-making Fulmer get sacked...
