If had to predict #VOLS will land 2 of 12 of state's top prospects. At best. -- Dave Hooker. ESPN (@DaveHookerESPN)

Ideally, we would want Ramsey, Carr, Herron, JRM, Gray, Sanders, and Patrick. We have Patrick, Sanders, and Carr. We're sitting pretty with JRM. I don't know what's going on with Gray ATP. Outside of Ramsey and Herron, I couldn't care less about the others. Just a title that is going to grab the attention of the UT fan base ignorant of any actual recruiting knowledge.

Close. But I'm pretty sure we want Wilkins in a bad way.

Now that he is knoxville's "hollywood" on the national stage, he has to show he isn't biased. I never like him anyway. Cocky rooster gingers are not acceptable.

I believe UT's coaching staff is actively pursuing Wilkins as well. And I count Vonn Bell as instate also.

But besides that, your list looks right on. I believe if UT lands JRM (which I expect), I think they will also be set up well to land Gray and retain Carr's committment. I think Herron sticks with LSU, while the word is UT backed off somewhat anyway. Sanders will obviously stick with UT and I expect UT to land Bell soon after a successful season. Patrick will not have the grades, IMO. I think Wilkins will be the most interesting recruitment. I think UT has a better chance than most think, but Vanderbilt will be there if Auburn doesn't have room.

Ultimately, UT signs 5 instate prospects, IMO. Vonn Bell, Austin Sanders, Jason Carr, Jalen Reeves-Maybin, and Gray Jr.
