Hart said he recognizes that Dooley has been in a very difficult position and that this was YEAR 1...and that Dooley will get 3 more years.

Thats comforting. Whether or not some of you like it, he needs to be here for the program. If he doesnt succeed, he doesnt succeed. He is recruiting well enough for a proven coach to come in and have talent to work with if we need to part way with him after that period of time.

I get the full support, but I don't think for a second he has 3 years left guranteed.

I think the chances of that being what he actually said is very, very slim. I would just about bet anything he didn't say Dooley will get 3 more years. It wouldn't surprise me if it was all made up.

Hart may or may not say anything publicly. If he does I fully expect him to say Dooley has full support. He has no real option since they're gonna give him another year.

I like what Hart is doing. If anything its the best way to manage whatever crisis Volnation says there is. There would be no absolutely solid hires out there and why hurt yourself with negative publicity.
