I thought the thread was saying Curtis wasn't accepted into UT. This worse than the thread that referred to Gerald Williams as "g. will."

GoVolsXtra is reporting that Curtis has resheduled for next weekend because his father couldn't travel with him this weekend.

thats certainly good news. I think curtis ends up here. the thought of he and creer sharing the load in a few years...:drool:

I was looking curtis' stats and they don't seem overly impressive...how did he end up ranked so high? impressive 40 time? it also seems he catches the ball alot...was a a reciever in high school? any chance thats where he ends up at UT?

Are you serious? He averaged over 10 yards per carry and nearly 20 yards per catch. He scored a TD every 10 times he touched the ball. Thats pretty damn good.

Edit: He scored a TD every 7 times he touched the ball. Thats really damn good.

ok that sounds better...I was just looking at the overall stats...he only had 500 yards as a junior and barely cracked 1,000 yards rushing this season...but he catches the ball well and I'd bet he'll be a star kick returner from the get go...oh wait...we already got one of those

This kid is good but don't forget Poole. before the lower leg injury he was considered the best in this class as an underclassmen. i can't wait for him. that said curtis is great too.

So does Curtis have really good quickness?? with a guy his size, i would expect him too.. because he's ranked so high..
and his forty time is 4.41.. how accurate is that.. does anyone know of another forty time that he's had???

well i wonder how much McFadden and Jones leaving Arkansas hurts us...playing time would probably come sooner there than at UT

I don't think it will help Arkansas, because he's probably known for a while that McFadden and Jones would leave early.

I would not go as far as saying rock solid to Arky, but I will agree that it is a long shot he becomes a VOL.

Well he called another arkansas commit and told him they could be the next dmac and felix so that sounds like thats where his heart is.

If he was rock solid he wouldn't be taking visits to other schools right now. As for McFadden and Jones leaving early, I'd say that he goes to Arky now where he has a very good chance of being a feature back his Frosh year.
