No offense to Vickers, but is he really better than Tuttle and Mckenzie? No seniority crap, put the talent on the field.

Do we know what team rule he violated? Doesn't really matter since he won't play for whatever he did, but good grief can't these guys take a hint?

There are things KMac needs to improve, primarily technique and conditioning as he missed about 10 days of camp for some type of injury. Never did hear what it was. Not playing his senior didn't help either.

What kind of idiocy leads a guy to make these kinds of bad decisions the week of a huge game? Whatever it was. Concentrate on two things--school and your team. It's not that damn hard to do.

Does anybody have official word of what he actually done? He should be more mature than to do something stupid before such a big game

O'Brien suspended indefinitely, not just for Okla.

Reports from practice are that KMac is not in playing condition. He gets winded after a few snaps, so he will be used strategically.

I don't think he thought that far ahead or took those things into account.

Sources: 19 year old, former pothead in high school.

B/R had a thing saying they checked Knox county records and there was nothing mentioning him. Dunno if that helps.

Doubt it's academic. Too early for grades and surely CBJ wouldn't suspend him indefinitely before Okla for cutting class.

Khalil frequently getting overshadowed is kind of telling. Not saying he's a bust, but maybe he's a longer developmental situation than we'd hoped.

Immediately starting him after an entire year of not playing, and then a handful of plays in his first college game? Foolhardy at best, stupid at worst. It takes time to develop as a star DT...he's got that time. This instant gratification or bust sentiment among fans is more "telling". :glare:
