a guy on tos is saying that Dan Brooks was present at the game in question and knew the ladies. He convinced Dabo to turn the Vols in.

From what I have read, If he was at this game, it would be a violation for Clemson. September is a month in which coaches can not travel to games. Is that true?

[Rumor] tag please.

If possible, until this comes to an end, would it be possible to have vBulletin automatically add [rumor] to the end of all of rexvol's threads?

You've now accused Nuke, FSU, Dan Brooks, G. Gordon Liddy, John Stamos, Clarence Thomas, Sacagawea, Rick Moranis, Elian Gonzalez, Secretariat, and Buzz Aldrin.

Pick a rumor and stick with it.

dude, just stop. quit starting threads about unsubstantiated rumors from "TOS". we are all well aware by now that if we want to speculate about every other coach and their brother that we can just go to "TOS" and read it ourselves. quit bringing the BS over here.

Secretariat would be the logical choice.

Yo rex, you're a reverand right? So you should know this stuff, but I'll share it with you anyway.

1 Timothy 5:13 – “Besides, they get into the habit of being idle and going about from house to house. And not only do they become idlers, but also gossips and busybodies, saying things they ought not to.”

Proverbs 26:20 – “Without wood a fire goes out; without gossip a quarrel dies down.”

Deuteronomy 13:14 – “Then you must inquire, probe and investigate it thoroughly.”

Ephesians 4:29 – “Do not let any unwholesome talk come out of your mouths, but only what is helpful for building others up according to their needs, that it may benefit those who listen.”

Practice what you preach much?

At least one of the girls had a pre-existing relationship with the players. The players specifically invited them to the game, so we look fine there.

Dan Brooks was the one who made the noise initially, but it was two months ago.

Here's where it's interesting - my guy says the investigation has already been completed, and the coaches cleared. He says that another coach (I'll let that come out on its own) got wind of this situation a few days ago. There have been conspiracy threads that lay out how it then got to the NYT.

So... we either have wildly inaccurate reporting about the specifics of the investigation, or the investigation has been re-opened, or the investigation is indeed "far-reaching" and may involve more than the Vol Hostesses.

Some answers, but they just seem to lead to more questions.
