I've seen things floating in a toilet with more entertainment value than that

First they plan to throw trash at Nuke and Teague, then this...

Retaliation!

LOL I never heard anything about that!

It just gives us motivation though, not that I don't think we will have plenty of energy going into Gainsville.

This was posted on an AJC article. I'd have to say it's an epic fail by those two losers.

Uf fans better enjoy it now. When Lane K gets the horses and meyer bolts for Notre Dame, leaving uf with another coach like ron zook, UT will be ruling the SEC east, and running up the score every year on florida.

Am I the only one that really sees a problem with nicknaming their team the "gators" when trying to bash Florida? It shows tons of intelligence...

You are correct, the only dignified way is to call them gators.

Seriously dude, lighten up. Not every little thing has to be taken as an insult. There are many gay men and women who would find it funny, the people or groups that don't are usually the type that go out of there way to be offended by anything people say.

Newsflash: No one over the age of 15 thinks its funny.

Its really just not very clever. I mean, for incoming freshmen at UT, hee hee, its a nice giggle. But after that it just falls very flat.

I don;t think it is funny, but i can see the humor in it. My point was more to the poster who claimed it being offensive. Gay is an accepted term used by both sexes who prefer the same sex over the opposite sex. It is not and should not be offensive to them, it could however be considered offensive to UF fans and grads. That however should be expected to some degree on a rival fan forum like this one.

Like I said it really isn't funny but there is some element of humor in, even if somewhat childish. The point is it should not be offensive to gay men and women (unless they fall into the category of those that find offense in almost everything) only to Gator fans. This was my point.

Ah, gotcha. Yes, just seems like a crutch for the slower-witted to try to get a crude snicker. But offenisve of non-offensive? Eh, whatever.

Whats funny is this thread is about Gators making fun of UT for being gay and you are in here complaining about us calling you gay.

you're gay?

No, can't say as I am. I was hoping you would explain why its funny, but its clear I'm just not going to ever see why the gay pun with the Gators is considered to have any even minimal amount of cleverness to it. I guess its my loss since so many UT fans just can't stop themselves from repeating it over and over and over and over and over and over (ad infinitum)
