Dale Jr. sponsor...

I don't know who Puma has, but I have seen several drivers wearing Puma shoes and suits. I know Jr. does wear a Puma suit but, I don't know if that's by choice or if he has some sort of deal with them. I haven't heard of Puma having any deal with any NASCAR drivers, but I have seen several drivers wearing their stuff.

Your right about the Puma deal, Ive seen Jr wear the Puma gloves plenty of times....but I also read the deal about Adidas deal with JR Motorsports...maybe DEI is associated with Puma or maybe his deal ran out with them

sponsors are what allow the man behind the wheel to be able to afford the chance to win or lose on race day.

Dang it, Doozer!! You know how much I like disagreeing with you :) and here you go again posting something I agree with.

I still think it'll be Bud staying with Jr. but maybe it'll be sponsoring Jr Motorsports #88 Busch car?
I agree. I can't imagine Budweiser leaving the marketing gold mine that is Jr. Especially for... Kasey Kahne?

DW got the Jr. to Hendrick thing right, since he was there talking to Jr. the day that he announced he'd be leaving TEI after 2007... but how in the world would he know about the sponsors for next year? Unless they brought DW in for advice when discussing sponsorship, I'll file this one away with Jeff Hammond's masterful insight of Jr. signing with Gibbs and having Visa as the sponsor.

That's a personal services agreement. For him to do commercials and plugs for Sony, not a sponsorship deal...although I'm sure an associate sponsorhip on the car may be part of the deal. (C-post, or lower back quarter panel or something)

Adidas will also be making an announcement about further involvement with Jr. some time next month, according to jayski.

Jr has signed new deals with Sony, Monster, and Adidas but they are just for commercials and such....not for his primary car sponsor...hes gonna have his own type of "clothing line" with Adidas...the dry tech stuff
