Anybody know what a SoCon DC makes?

He was all freakin' heart on the field and would love to see him on staff!

Dale has been at Appy state a long time. (17 years?) My opinion is that Dale hasn't made the moves necessary to get to a big time school. And that's fine. You have to wonder if he isn't content to make a decent wage and live in Boone.
