I really hope David would not consider going to BAMA....he should realize that they eat their own at BAMA(Shula) and it is a constant turmoil of delusional, paranoid fans. Some people have mentioned him but I can't see BAMA fans going for him....they hate everything associated with TN...of course, they hate everyone associated with any other school. I know the $ would be good but that would be the only plus. SLIMEBUM would rake him over the coals every day.

I do not know anything about the history of how Cut made his way to the UT staff but if you look for posts regarding him a a candidate for HC on Bama boards you will almost always find some posts that say he is a traitor, burned his bridges, etc. Is there some long past incident that makes the Bammers hate Cut?

I do not want to start an argument but Cutcliff is not the end all be all of offensize coordinators!!!!

Is he a good coach? yes. did the vols improve on offense? yes.

this is not to say that Cut is going to BAMA, though.

there are a number of good offensive coordinators in the league.

It's just embarrassing to see "fans" unable to spell their own players' and coaches' names. I mean ... they are OUR PLAYERS AND COACHES!

As a Vol fan in Bama, I never thought I'd say this...but I feel sorry for the Bammers. They are down and out with good reason. As they say down here..."ain't nobody" coming worth his salt now. They screwed up big time. The media following every single candidiate with a camera and microphone from his house, to this college office, to the latrine would be enough to scare anyone off- except an idiot. Which, by the way, is what I predict they will get.

Good I have no sympathy for them they bring everything on themselves.

Judging Mal Moore's accuracy at finding exactly that, i expect history to repeat itself.
