Hello all,

I’m back with another McFarlane custom. This one of Tee Martin in the 1998 National Championship game.

I used a Steve McNair/Tennessee Titans figure for this one so some things like the facemask don‘t match. This is my second Tee Martin but I wanted to make this one game specific. Some details I included were the Fiesta Bowl logo patch on the jersey, the “MOB” that were on his wrist bands, and the white tape he used around his ankles.

Awesome stuff Syxx! Keep up the good work. I'm sure you'll have a good market on ebay. Good luck. :good!:

Oh, after watching a replay, there is the BCS logo on the back of the helmet. Shaped like a football. I'll see if I can find a copy.

Thanks USAF! I also saw that logo on the back when I watched the game again recently, but I didn't even know where to start to look for it so I didn't bother. I'll print that off and add it later.

Once again, excellent work. What inspired you to do these?

I was surfing ebay one day and saw a cheap Peyton Manning figure and thought "I bet I could paint that up to look like his Tennessee uniform." Then, I was hooked.

I'm thinking more and more about that, but its awful hard for me to get rid of a creation of mine. But, if I decide to sell any, the good folks at VolNation will be the first to know.
