Is there a great chance if there’s no one hired by Sunday then Currie gets the ax??? How long is UT gonna wait to pull the trigger and get a decent AD in that KNOWS what the hell he is doing????

ESPN reports Leach and Currie went back home and Currie was to be in Knoxville on Friday morning. Is there some rule where we can't TALK to multiple people at the same time.. I don't get it

They have a prior Kansas connection and relationship. Let's trade Currie to Washington State for their coach Mike Leach and solve getting a coach and getting rid of an incompetent AD.

Was just told BOT met last night and voted to can him. Was also told he was on the west coast interviewing for a job. Was also told that Davenport told Currie not to take the trip.

If that's true and he took the UT jet to interview for a job, then that is cause.

Sincerely hope he is ok! Things really took a crap for him and his family in a short time. Ridiculed, humiliated, fired.not saying it wasn't necessary. But wish him and his family the best.
