Represent the most beast conference in football!

Yeah, ha, you have one of the most pathetic teams in all of college football! You are ONLY in the HEADLINES because of your sorry coach. How sad you are...

Teddy, USCe actually gave UT a game last year... and they weren't even out of it mid-way through the 3rd qtr.

Coach? Spurrier is so vastly superior to Tedford it isn't even funny. He's been at USCe 2-3 years now and they've already attained the level that Cal's at. They will probably contend for the SECe this year.

g=b, Don't jinx the Vols by wishing an injury on a kid.

The only downside to a challenging team is the risk of injury. If you lose, early is best. A team like Cal should give UT time to look at and correct weaknesses before going out against USM or UF. Same for Cal.

They were probably a better team for having lost to UT last year.

I hear your point, but the injuries can happen against any level of competition. Look at the Air Force game last year, we lost Harrell and Inky... what a disaster.

He not only wished an injury, but the injury in question ends many careers. I agree, Spurrier is a great coach, I just though I might find some sympathy from Vol fans whom contend to dislike him for the most part. I see your hate for Cal runs deeper than even conference foes. Wow! This from a team that whipped us as bad as last year? What gives?

What gives is that you're the most annoying poster here, maybe ever.

No. No particular hate for Cal or Tedford. You just simply spouted a bunch of non-sense that has no tether to reality.

Ever? You mean out of all the bammers and gators out there, I am the worst? Little O'l me? What gives?

Bammers and Gators have managed to be relevant to college football in the last three generations or so. Any smack they want to bring can at least be backed up a little.

Don't forget they are nowhere as annoying as him.

It's called respect. Something nobody has for Cal.

I'll take the harder team for my first game. Say you lose against that tough team. It's in your favor of how early you lose. So if you played that tough team in week 8 or so, you might not have a better chance of getting to a better bowl game than if you lose to them in your first game
