I think the next step would have been to force the NLI to be voided but your step would have been fine if they didn't ask for a hearing.


I think that's what happened with Dotson. Pearl told him he wasn't a fit but he was coming anyway. Then pearl had to go to the next step and that's when it ended. Jmo

Coaches will generally document missed meetings/classes/workouts/ and any other issues that might be needed at a hearing. Those are the kinds of things used against kids. So yes most of the time the kids are guilty. Even good kids
