Need a little help volnation. Are we the only school in the SEC who has a head coach that actually played in the NBA? Would find that unique if we did and it could help in recruiting.

no. Probably wouldn't. But Billy D played in the NBA I think.

Donovan played a year with the Knicks.

And Kennedy.

I think it will help. At this point with him being a new hire coming from a mid-major I think it adds to his credibility with the recruits. The recruits know that Donovan and Cal can get them there. They think some of the others might get them there. I think Coach Zo starts out with them knowing he can get them there with all of his relationships and past playing experience with the best.
