Air fryer okra. Just put it in so I don't know yet. I drizzled it with olive oil then dredged it in a breading and wood fired garlic mix and salted it with hickory smoked salt and cracked pepper.

Put it in the air fryer for 20 minutes at 400°. I'm gonna check it at 10.

I like stewed too, but fried best.

I would have tried just plain cornmeal, that's how I like it best, but I didn't have any. Next time that's what I'm gone dew.

We often grill ours too on skewers. Lil olive oil salt and pepp. Also you can cut them in half long ways and roast them under a broiler until a Lil crunchy. Got dayum

I know it's not him, but can either or both of you see why BigOrangeMojo reminds me alot of Sparty?

I been thinking he reminded of someone, then it hit me a few minutes ago. He's just enough like him to remind of Sparty, but just enough not to know it's not.
