Are you new here? Lol. Volly and Lima used to talk about them and I stubbornly resisted for a long time.

Long story short tifwiw jmho...

The basket type seems easier to use and clean. I don't know how easy the other type is to clean, but the 3 basket style I have couldn't be easier.

I suggest at least an 8 quart and 1700 watts.

My last one just quit working Mo day and I dropped what I was doing and ordered another. Didn't want to go a day without it. I use it every morning for toast. Makes perfect boiled eggs.

Yes I'm new

An 8 quart says it feeds up to 8 people. That seems like overkill for just 2 people to use

I had a 6 quart just for me. When you realize what all you can do with it you'll wish you had more room in it. The machine itself isn't noticeably bigger and price is a non factor.

I use mine every day. Mostly for toast, bacon and boiled eggs for salads, fish, roasting chic peas, reheating items, roasted garlic.

It's just so simple to use and clean I've been using it when other ways would be better, like grilling fish or blackening in a skillet, but it's so convenient I sacrifice. I haven't totally stopped the other methods, I just use the air fryer moar.

okay, that was my concern is how much more space it would take up
