I ain't gone make my "new goal", but I'm very excited with my progress. I slacked off the past 2 weeks and didn't gain any weight. I picked back up on my routine Friday and this morning I weigh in at 174.6. That comes out to a loss of 1.46 lbs. a week since I started 27 weeks ago. Woot!

I'm down a total of 46.4 lbs since last June, but I didn't commit to this program until November. So I use that as my "official" date and weight numbers.

I’m behind here, but now that my plantar fasciitis is mostly a thing of the past, I’m back to being a flip flop wearer, sans socks. And I’m nowhere near Florida

I found bear he was at the neighbors it was there dog originally well they are watching it for a friend that is in jail. I was calling for him last night and I started hearing him and so I drove over there and the lady came out and she was keeping him in the shed! She said he left and was gone Friday morning and that's when he showed up here and she said she will see if the guy wants to give him away it's her husband's friends dog who is in jail. I am thinking about asking if he will sale him. Get my Nòóga Bear back. That dog was my pal he would sit there and watch me work on my truck.

Man me and that puppy was like peas and carrots I wasn't going to get another dog but he was kewl . He was probably about 6 months old and was good size with big paws and he would sit and fetch and play basketball and he hung out when I was working on my truck.
