After receiving death threats from some dip***** this kid can feel anyway he wants . I think he is going to make us proud this year. He's our man let's stand behind him.

Who exactly thinks that confidence was a problem for Crompton last year? Crompton wasn't just confident last year. He was downright arrogant and for NO REASON WHATSOEVER.

Arrogant? Beaten down, abused, didn't fully understand the offense, dealing with death threats and evasive when asked a question. I just never really saw that he was arrogant. May just be me.

Just dont boo him!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I see it happening a lot when he's introduced against WKU...I don't think he'll have the majority of the hard-core fans behind him until we're 2-1 with a good showing against Florida.

As bad as I hate to admit it, I booed at the UF game, something I never thought I would do....I felt horrible for doing it

Crompton will be fine this year, confidence, especially at QB is a great thing and this coaching staff has confidence and I think that's a great thing that they are rubbing off on the kids that way too

I'll believe it when he does it on the field. I'm in his corner but on rhe field is where it happens.

But were you really booing him or the total lackluster performance in general? From my observations, which are great by the way, the most important thing this staff brings to this team isnt necessarily scheme or things like that but rather energy. The most important thing this team has been missing the last few years, especially last, is energy. A kick in the butt. ENTHUSIASM! I have a great feeling that this team will actually have it on Saturdays. In college football, this is extremely important.

If I were a hotdog vendor in the lower deck I'd still hold my head when he's on the field.:)

It was definitely the lackluster performance

I agree with what you said about enthusiasm, Kiffin and Co. have been a great shot in the arm for this team

Agreed! Lets get behind our starting QB! Dont forget, this kid almost beat a good LSU team whos QB was No.1 NFL pick Jamarcus Russell. And Crompton was a true Freshman! Hes had 3 different OC in 4 years and with everything he went through last year lets give him a break.
