Crazy Real Estate Market: Sold my house

Just finished selling my house in this crazy market. I listed it at $725,000 on a Friday morning at 9AM. Had 23 people view my home over the next two and a half days (closed the listing to new offers at 7PM on Monday), I had 7 offers above list with the top two at $800,000, one cash and the other very well qualified with a large down.

Amazing a shack in the woods selling that quick. Did it even have running water?

Hay man Can I hold a $5000 ? I mean you jus made $75000 extra just make it $70000.

At least your momma lives with you instead of you living in her basement like Souce. I wouldn't let her decorate it, but that's just me.

merge away. I like the all things stock tread. Just really enjoy the "Zone" and think right now real estate is crazy. So didn't you have a birthday recently? Happy birthday.

I don't have those powers, it's a good thing too because there would only be a few us still here.

Yes, I had a birthday Wednesday, thank you. Speaking of which, I remember you being pretty old, possibly older than the Rust Bucket. Aren't you like 100 or something?
