Oh lord, I'm weary of "I'll have to watch the film."

Phil, my good man, here's a novel idea: whip that headseat off, use it to thrash RS within an inch of his scurvy life, and then put it back on and take over his job. Take your team back, boy. Watch the game, get somebody who knows what he's doing up in the box, and run your team!

You're the head coach! Who CAN tell us what's wrong if you can't, and why in hell can't YOU tell???

All of Phil's comments boil down to this, we know theres a problem, we are not sure how to fix it.....

If he is looking for suggestions I have one in particular that I could offer.

he nneds to quit worrying about hurting Randys feelings and just do it....If he keeps trying to cover for randy then they'll both be gone,either that or Hamilton will have to try to find butts to put in the seats....Maybe a halftime show featuring the flying Elvi might bring people to the game......

It is a business, and these days if your business is not growing, it is on the decline. Nepotism will always lead to stagnation.
