He's used that line multiple times about all sorts of coaches he thinks are mediocre.

Cowherd is either an idiot or a troll, but he's right about some things, including when he talks about the top-to-bottom coaching in the Big 10 currently being better than coaching in the SEC.

Clay Travis also falls in that same category (but is funny and more entertaining) but he has a great line about how there are some big time college coaches who would be successful and millionaires in other endeavors besides coaching. Guys like Saban fall in that category. There are lots of other coaches, like Jimbo Fisher, Orgeron, and I think even Butch who would be high school PE teachers making $45k/year or selling phones at Verizon if they couldn't coach college football.

dont doubt that, i do Tivo PTI daily though...but other then live sports i dont watch either much....SEC network even if bozo's sometimes, it has all the info i need

NBA TV and NFL network are just better channels for particular sports IMO

lol what is this even supposed to mean? The only successful foxsports show is undisputed due solely to skip bayless. He's the only ex-espn personality that's actually worked out for them.

im pretty sure that just over 18 months ago he was making "north of 6 million per year" with radio and shows like Sports Nation, i doubt he left ESPn for less....even if he loves Jaime Horowitz....he just a west coast guy, he was dickRiding us early this year...basic talking head

i used to enjoy his show, went to his live taping at the university of Miami about 5 years back...but he got to big for his britches....it happens
